Two ambitious, Birmingham based, family men proud of the business we started together, placing our own personal values at the heart of what we have created. We care about what we do and believe that's what makes us trusted and unique.

First working together as employees for a national grounds maintenance company we very quickly saw a gap in the market for a company different from what anyone else had formed. What’s more our observations were that not enough emphasis was placed on the value of employees. We learnt through our own experience respecting and looking after those who work with you goes a long way; we know our staff are our greatest asset.

Passionate about supplying an outstanding service, tailored to the needs of our clients. We are focused on providing an outstanding and high-quality service with customer satisfaction at the centre of our overall mission, we will do everything to meet and exceed expectations. Ensuring there is 100% transparency with clients, customers, and staff even when facing difficult conversations. 

Since forming the business back in March 2016 we worked tirelessly round the clock, 7 days a week, to ensure it was a success. By 2018 the business had quickly grown, winning contracts for grounds maintenance across supported living, open spaces, housing estates and apartment blocks.

Committed to offering a high-quality, full-service management in 2020, we invested to expand the business to be able to provide commercial cleaning, grounds maintenance and window cleaning. As a result, we have continued to go from strength to strength and in 2021 TGC has begun to grow nationally, currently cover the majority of England.
